Plas Tirion Bed and Breakfast Terms and Conditions
A deposit equal to one night’s stay per room booked, is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for a refund. Any refunded deposits will incur a 5% administration fee. Please note we’re a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings, so cancellations can have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you against the possibility that you need to cancel.
How To Pay Your Deposit and Balance
We are happy to accept debit cards, or Visa or Mastercard credit cards for payment of the deposit and the balance. Where possible we prefer payment by debit card. We do not accept Diners or American Express cards. Secure payment of the deposit, or full amount, is possible through our online booking system.
Check In and Departure Times
Check in is between 3 pm and 8 pm and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you will be arriving after 8 pm please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.
A credit card is required when making a reservation. We can accept cash, credit or debit cards (except American Express and Diners) on arrival.
Guests who have specific needs (such as mobility problems) should advise us of their requirements when making a reservation.
Checking in and out
Guests may check in between 16:00 and 20:00. Earlier or later arrivals are by prior arrangement only. If prior arrangements have not been made, and you do not arrive by 20:00, we will regard your booking as a “no show”. Your booking will be cancelled and we reserve the right to re-let your room. Departing guests are asked to vacate their room by 10:00.
Under the immigration (Hotels Records) Order 1972, all hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts etc. must keep a record of the full name and nationality of their guests over 16 years of age.
